More About Coach Andrew

I worked with numerous elementary, middle and high school athletes after my time playing at the University of Maryland. Throughout my time in College I have picked up numerous training techniques that have helped a number of my teammates successfully play in the NBA for years.

Played at the University of Maryland. I was also team captain for 2 of my 4 years. I am originally from Indianapolis, Indiana and played high school basketball there. I have played and competed against some of the top athletes in the game of basketball.

Shooting work and ball handling skills. I am not a conditioning coach. I try to create real game scenarios that kids will see as they play. Whether for guards that is coming off screens and attacking the big man / finding the right pass. Or whether it is a big man trying to get better on face ups, back to the basket, or positioning themselves for success.

Client Reviews

I am recommending Andrew as a 30 year old trying to get slightly better at basketball. You think you know from watching youtube training videos, but the reality is you don't know what you don't know. And that's why having a pro like Andrew watch what you did right or wrong really helps. Without Andrew, I'd be practicing to reinforce my bad habits which defeats the purpose of practicing. Andrew did a great job explaining the purpose of different drills and breaking down the nuances of different moves. I know I learned a lot. On top of that, just talking basketball and sports with Andrew, an avid sports fan, is great fun. Andrew has my unreserved recommendation.

Hard worker with extreme knowledge of the game. Could be a great coach in the game of basketball if he chose this path
