More About Coach Andrew

The last 16 years has led me to work with youth athletes to Olympic track and field athletes. Graduate school and internships offered me the opportunity to work at some of the highest level Division 1 Universities in the US. To this day my passion is helping younger athletes mold their lives through athletic development and leadership.

Certifications held are with the I.S.S.A. in personal fitness and strength and conditioning.

Growing up in the fitness world made my best leadership training possible. During high school I wrestled and moved onto rock climbing and mountain biking as college approached.

All sessions are 45 minutes in length and we run through the following protocol:

-5 Minute General Warm-up (Increase core temperature)
-10-15 Minute Dynamic Warm-up (Increase flexibility, muscle activation, & power while decreasing injury)
-Speed & Power Work (Drills & Plyometrics)
-Weight Lifting & Coaching
-Stretching

Andrew, or "coach Drew" as I've always known him, became my strength and conditioning coach while I was an high school athlete. Unlike other coaches, he didn't just give me my workouts, he showed me how and why we trained the way we did.
