I have been coaching athletes from 7 - 18 years of ages, as well as college/professional athletes for four years now. I differ from other coaches on here as I offer personal training for all sports and when it comes to skill lessons I specialize in baseball, as I played Division One and Professionally. Whether it is hitting, pitching, catching or infield my own private gym/baseball facility is where I conduct my lessons or train my athletes for strength, agility, power, flexibility, etc.

I played Division One Baseball at UC Irvine and Valparaiso University. I am also fortunate to play professionally on both sides of the game as I have played Infield, Caught and even Pitched at the Professional level.

First and foremost, every session is different for each athlete I work with is different. I am not a routine like many coaches out there that work the same with every one of their athletes, but rather find what needs to be adjusting/worked on and focus on that throughout the session. Each session will be focused on making that specific skill better and when it comes to personal training making sure my athlete is getting closer to his/her goal while remaining INJURY-FREE along the way!
