I have experience in sports strength, conditioning and nutrition, basketball and baseball are my primary sports but i do provide football foot work and speed. i am NFHS certified in: Fundamentals in Coaching, Sports Health, First Aid and Wellness, Strength and Conditioning, and Concussion in Sports. I love what i do and have a passion to make people succeed, because to be successfull you must teach others to secceed.
