I have worked as a camp coach for several years during my high school days at Georgetown Prep, working with players from 5-14 years old. While at Davidson College, I have coached at our prospect camps, working with high school students who have a desire to play at the college level.

I was a three-time all conference pitcher at Georgetown Prep, while also playing for the Evoshield Canes in the summer and fall, which is the top-ranked showcase team in the country that I won a national championship with. Having recently founded a start-up company, I decided to graduate from Davidson College in 3 years, but during my time I pitched in over 50 games. I faced top-ranked teams such as the University of North Carolina, Wake Forest, Duke, the University of South Carolina, etc. During my final season, I boasted a 2.25 ERA during the regular season and was named to the All-Academic Conference team.

A typical session would include an intensive warmup/arm care routine in order to help prevent injuries, while also preparing the body to throw. We would then go through a drill sequence to help maximize efficiency and control in the pitcher's mechanics. Following that, we would throw a bullpen and work on developing the pitcher's ability to command pitches and throw with greater velocity. To conclude our session, we would go through an assortment of exercises and mobility drills to help keep the arm healthy and promote blood flow to the arm as a form of recovery.
