1. Warm/Technical work to improve mechanics
2. Drills/Sprints/Plyometrics that improve quickness, power, and speed
3. Education on what is important for speed

I am first and far most a teacher. I make it my duty to leave each athlete with multiple exercises or strategies they can use to improve daily.

Very communicative and knowledgeable coach. My son has grown to enjoy his time training with Andre.

Andre is a rare coach who knows what he’s doing.

He teaches the athlete, guiding them to get the feeling of proper form. Rather than an intellectual understanding, the focus is on feeling it.

He teaches fundamentals and gets the foundation in place. If you don’t have glute, foot and ankle strength for example, he will build that first, before moving to techniques that require those things to be strong.

Wouldn’t have my young athlete anywhere else.

Coach Andre is the best! Having someone who is so passionate about the sport absolutely contagious. He is great at communicating and adjusting his teaching style to fit my needs and also is a great listener. As a soccer player speed is always rewarded but it isn't taught. Coach Andre breaks it down in a way that I feel faster after each session.
