I worked at an elementary school as a coach where I've worked with Tk- 5th grade. the age rage I prefer to work with is ages 8 and older. I have a personal training certificate through PTA Global!! My main sport that I coach is Basketball, but i do have some experience with coaching Football, and personal training.

I've competed in NJB, AAU, Middle School, High School, Jr College, D2 and Semi Pro. My high school team won the conference my Jr. and Sr. year. Also I've competed in pop warner football and I played Football my Sr. year of high school and I made the first team all league at WR. I attended Piedmont Hills High school in San Jose, CA, West Valley College in Saratoga, CA and Notre Dame de Namur in Belmont CA

Well depending on the athlete and what they want to focus on whether it be attacking the basket or shooting, I would do drills to focus on that, while implementing some performance training. My goal in the training sessions is to focus on the athletes goals while giving them a quality work out. I want the athletes to feel like the accomplished something after their workout.
