More About Coach Andrea

I have coached grades 4th all the way through college athletes. More recently I was head varsity coach in which I was able to win a section title and help 3 of my athletes earn athletic scholarships to various universities through team coaching and individual lessons in 1 on 2 settings . I just finished my first year at the jr. College level as an assistant learning a lot and developing girls a little older in age.

I was a dual sport athlete playing softball and basketball. I played for a premier high school out of the Central Valley called Modesto Christian where we won many championships on all levels . I earned a full ride D1 scholarship upon graduation to college where I was plagued by injuries allowing me to learn a different side of the game and being much more involved with the coaching staff while I was working towards becoming healthy and getting back on the court.

I train kids all sizes to be able to be successful and become an offensive threat. This training comes in individual plans after an overall evaluation is completed in the first day of training.

Drea is a fabulous coach and my daughter has loved working with her.

My daughter was asked to join an All-Star team but didn't really have the experience and skills to be an effective team member. She normally hates private lessons but agreed that she needed extra help. We both feel so lucky we found Andrea. Andrea is a DREAM BASKETBALL COACH FOR MY DAUGHTER. She knows how to hone kids' basketball skills with effective drills, motivate kids psychologically, has smart advice, and make practicing fun. After a 1 hour private lesson, I saw my daughter's shooting & layup improve dramatically; she was taught proper form and understood for the first time. As I mentioned, my daughter hates private lessons, so I was in shock when she asked to go back to Andrea after her All Star Team ended.

Drea has been a great one on one coach for our daughter. She has clear improvement after each and every session. Drea is an amazing all around coach whether in private, small group, or team workouts and has really motivated our daughter to work harder, smarter, and enjoy the game even more!
