More About Coach Amy
Amy has been coaching basketball for over 25 years starting from when she was a star player in high school, right through to when she owned and managed a men's professional basketball team in New Zealand. Together with her husband Andrew Gardiner, she started a school basketball academy in Christchurch New Zealand and is now looking to bring her skill to the youth of Orange County, California.
Amy Gardiner is a multisport athlete excelling in volleyball, basketball, beach volleyball and discus and shot put. She was awarded a full scholarship to San Jose State University in 1993. Amy also played for a semi-professional women's basketball team in New Zealand for a short time before concentrating on coaching and her professional career.
