More About Coach Ambrose
Hi, my name is Ambrose. I’m a coach and the owner of All-IN Athletic Performance. Let me tell you a bit about myself and All-IN Athletic Performance.
I grew up in the midwest on a dairy farm. I was blessed with athletic gifts after investing a ton of time and energy in playing EVERY sport I could while growing up. After high school, I continued to pursue soccer throughout college and beyond. My collegiate athlete journey ended with my graduation from California Baptist University with my bachelor's in Exercise Science. After college, I continued playing soccer semi-professionally in Temecula while coaching. Eventually, injuries caught up with me and I dove into the fitness industry to help other people reach and stay at the top of their game by starting All-IN Atheltic Performance.
Coaching Experience:
Soccer - 6 years at the Competitive & Rec. level.
Strength & Conditioning - 5 years
- Patrick Henry Community College - 2 years, assisting with writing Men’s Soccer weight lifting program
- California Baptist University Athletic Performance Center - 1 year, working as an intern coach with Men’s Basketball, Women’s Water Polo, & Men’s & Women’s Soccer
- Redline Athletics - 1.5 years as Sports Performance & Soccer Specialist while working with athletes age 8-18 that played the following sports: basketball, football, baseball, gymnastics, soccer, lacrosse, tennis, softball, field hockey, track & field, golf, & wrestling.
Personal Training/Athletic Performance - 1 year
- All-IN Athletic Performance - coach & owner while presently working with athletes ranging in ages of 9-81. From youth that have never been in a gym setting to semi-professional soccer players to a professional MMA fighter to an 81 year old with severe rheumatoid arthritis in multiple joints.
- Academy of Soccer - presently serving as the director of performance. Aiding in athletic performance & sports nutrition education.

Relation to Fitness: This experience is a culmination of my consistent effort spent engineering my body to perform at the highest level. I asked myself, How far can I push my specific abilities related to soccer? I am not a spectacular specimen of a human being by any means, however my work in the gym from strength and conditioning has pushed my athletic ceiling and capabilities much higher than much of my competition over the years. To be your best, you must do your best. In everything that is required of you.

***I played at least one year in the following additional sports: baseball, golf, billiards, football, wrestling, high school track (pole vault & long distance), cross country, triathlons, and dance (ballet). I include this list of sports because being an athlete means being generally capable of skilled movements in all different directions and of at various levels of intensity.
SESSION LAYOUT:
The typical one hour, 1-1 session begins with foam rolling and stretching to improve our muscle tissue quality while reducing tight “knots” in the muscle. Following that, mobility and a dynamic warm up will ensue to improve the balance of our body by strategically stretching and strengthening different muscles. This optimizes our movement and improves movement patterns over time. This is followed by a short power session. Power creation is important to add into training sessions to add to strength, balance, coordination, and athlete confidence. The final part of the session usually consists of strength and/or conditioning depending on the athlete's specific goals. Please note that the content of the sessions depends upon the goals of the athlete.
