I am a certified freshman high school cheer coach. I can work with ages 12 an up! I can help with level 1-3 Tumbling, motion technique, jumps, etc.
I was a cheerleader at Show Low High School for 4 years. I am a state winning champion! I have competed at AIA and AZ state. I have coached teams for AYC.
Sessions start with stretching out and light conditioning. We will do specific drills to increase performance of skills. Then do a cool down.
