More About Coach Amanda
I have coached youth through high school for many years. I played at a top Division III institution in college. I believe that breaking down skills to the basics and mastering those will create a really strong basis to add advanced skills and improve overall game IQ.
I am currently the head lacrosse recruiting coach for NCSA and can be your personal recruiting coach for your entire recruiting experience! If you are interested in learning more let me know!
I was a four-year starter at Springfield College and won two NEWMAC Championships as well as made it to the national tournament three times. I have coached at the college level and understand what it takes to play in college as well as how to be a standout athlete on your high school/youth teams/programs. I am passionate about sports and all that it does for us physically and mentally.
A typical session will be an hour in length. I can do individual or group.
10 minute dynamic warm up
