17 years private pitching lessons, hitting, clinics, fielding, supplementation through Advocare and workout program, sports specific workout programs, 2 seasons as pitching coach at Arnold High School in Panama City Beach. Have taught in upstate New York, across Alabama, and Florida Panhandle. Ernie Parker Pitching certified.

Trained from a very young age with legendary Ernie Parker in Cerritos, CA. Worked with Larry Mayes, Lisa Fernandez. Karen Johns, Kelly Pérez, and Amanda Freed to name a few.
Invited to audition for Team Greece in 2000 Olympic Games, suffered a major shoulder injury freshmen year of HS. Two surgeries later, I set out to study preventative action and help support next gen pitchers in healthy mechanics, ambitions, and spirit. Turns out I have the gift of teaching, too. I thoroughly have enjoyed sharing my skill and experience with others even though I was unable to finish my own athletic career.

Always begin with basic interview and evaluation; teacher - student chemistry is a must. We work out a plan together. I will show student how to warm up. We will do this together for a while then they’re expected to do that on their own. We work on specific skills per their unique situation from there.
