More About Coach Alishia
In addition to coaching collegiate basketball for five years, I have been training for over 15 years. Basketball is my specialty, and I can instruct players of all skill levels. I put a lot of effort into helping each athlete improve their basketball skills and move closer to their goals.
I am currently the Head Coach at Cheyney University
I also have worked at Lincoln University
I was the #2 scorer in the state of NC 2010 in high school. After HS I continued my playing career at Nc A&T (division 1). Later on I transferred to Johnson C Smith University to play and I graduated in 2015. I ended up playing Semi Pro for 1 year and training full time.

Clients can anticipate me pushing them to the finish line for an hour. To make every client the best they can be, I enjoy breaking down their game and adding the necessary ingredients. We will always begin with ball handling and finish with combination moves. Depending on the player's level, each workout is customized.
