I have coached teens in basketball for 3 years and 1 year with adults. The level was a varsity league. I have coached in the NENBL (league). I work with kids from age 7-18. I am CPR and First Aid Certified.

A session starts with a greeting, a warm up and then the training. I work on the strengths on of the athlete so that they stand out more when playing. Then once there is noticeable improvements, the weaknesses of the athlete get worked on.
