I have run clinics for athletes ranging from 3rd graders to high school and currently work with high school and college players to work on their conditioning, strength and overall athleticism.

I provide a great combination of athletic training and lacrosse training. Based on the age or goals of each athlete I would tailor these to emphasize one or the other more in each session. I would emphasize basic skills for younger athletes because it seems to be passed over sometimes by their school teams, and build upon those to incorporate some flash and fun. I also believe that training should be very fun and high energy, I want my training sessions to be the highlight of their day, not a chore that they need to do. Ensuring that sessions are high energy and fun results in athletes working much harder and progressing much much quicker. In college I was the strongest pound for pound and best conditioned athlete on the team most years, so I have a strong background in that area to go along with a high lacrosse IQ, having played for Coach Fedorjaka at Bucknell who is known for complex schemes. All in all I think I could provide a higher level of training for these athletes, which is exactly what CoachUp looks to do.
