I am a basketball enthusiast. I study the game at every level it can be played. In my time, I have learned and believe, players must possess a skill set. A solid foundation of basic skills required participate in play (dribble, shoot, and pass). Combining that skill set with a deep understanding in regards to discipline, approach, focus, and detail. Creating a complete all around basketball player.

I have coached athletes of all ages. I have worked with athletes of all skill levels. I do believe I have seen and worked with enough players to know what is required to play one day at the varsity level. It is never too early to begin the "process." At the end of the day some things will never change; "hard work beats talent, when talent refuses to work hard." As a player there should be a burning desire to improve, and compete.

Environment is key. "Iron sharpens iron." I believe in skill work for muscle memory as well as player understanding. Then players learning how to use best through competition, figuring out how to use or incorporate learned skills into their game.

- Interned in the NBA-DL (Pro's).
- Coached high level AAU athletes (future Pro's).

I am big on approach, players attacking everything to win. Every drill. Every shot. Every competition. I believe you have to have a desire to win and be the best. I also believe players confidence especially at the younger ages, come from their ability to handle the ball and play through pressure so ball handling is always key. Then, players having proper form and technique when it comes to shooting the basketball.
