Gymnastics Coach, Tumbling Coach, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Breakdance Instructor. I have worked at locations such as Vent Fitness, The Little Gym of Colonie, Cartwheels Gymnastics, and currently working out of FDC Athletics. I am a very friendly person, but intense in the gym. My goal is to get you to your goal!

Was a JV Lacrosse Player in High School. Now certified by a highly accredited organization for sports performance fitness training. All ages, gender, race, religion, and body types welcome! The only types of people I will turn away are those with a negative attitude, you have to have self confidence to fully reach your own goals, that is not something I can train you to attain. I am a dance instructor, boxing instructor, gymnastics coach, and group fitness instructor.

We start with a warm up, always! Anything from jumping in place, to traveling jumps or even sprints. Next we move into the functional workout portion of the session. I focus on high intensity, to improve cardiovascular fitness as well as muscular fitness. Most workouts are body weight style, and very proprioceptively challenging, but it DOES work. Come give me a try! At the end of the workout we stretch, cool down (lower heart rate) nd talk about how your session went, answering any questions or concerns!
