Played all 4 years of collegiate soccer at RPI in Troy NY, was captain senior year; two years of varsity girls soccer in high school (state champions); two years on Virginia State ODP team; played youth club soccer for top teams in Virginia (multiple Virginia State Cup championships, Region 1 Premier League champions)
I focus more on technical development since that is the area that usually gets overlooked in a team setting. I take the first session to gain a sense of where a player is technically. Then develop a plan from there. I have expertise in many areas including attaching tactics, set pieces, strength & conditioning, positional awareness, and technical development.
