I have been coaching and training athletes for over 15 years. I've coached AAU and HS JV. Work in the Fredericksburg area. Colonial forge HS and Fredericksburg Heat AAU program. I work with all ages. I have a Vertimax and shooting ball machine also.

Played varsity HS basketball. Joined the military and played all army basketball. Played in the German professional league for one year. I've been awarded player of the year, mvp and named to all state and all county teams.

I am a tuff trainer. I will not waste anybody's money by not getting results. In order to get results I need the full attention of the athlete. When at training it's time to train.
