When I push my clients to past their breaking point I call upon personal experience. For me, “trying” doesn’t exist: there is only “doing” and “achieving”. As a kid growing up in Penza, Russia, I was obese. Yet no amount of teasing, lecturing or finger pointing motivated me to change. At 15 years of age I discovered the inspiration within myself and by making extreme alterations to my diet I shed 63lbs in 7 months. From there, I submerged myself both mentally and physically in a lifestyle dedicated to exercise routines and by the age of 19 was winning body fitness competitions.
I live by the credo that if you’re not progressing you are regressing and,I motivate myself and my clients alike with this all or nothing mindset. 1% better every day, just 1 will take you to you 100% in 100 days!!!!!!
Always want what is the best for my clients and that is why I am pursuing to shaping my skills thru National Academy of Sport Medicine.
Question I been asking myself everyday- What it takes to be a good trainer and fitness professional ? And this is my answer to you :
To be a good trainer it takes a lot in my mind .First of all it takes passion, which you cannot teach, then-
hard work, dedication, time, your knowledge, your ability to communicate with the people, ability to
give undivided attention to your clients. It is not over when you done with your client session, cause you
will have to coach them other 23 hours a day, you will have to be patient and precise doing your craft,
but I love it with all my heart.Everybody is born with an equal chance to become just as unequal as he or she possible can.
To go to places you want to go, you need to do things you have never done. You have to dig down deep.
Deeper than you could probably imagine. You have to dream. You have to be willing to live with extreme
commitment, discipline, sacrifice, focus, vision, and work-ethic. Regardless of your age. Yes, you’re going
to have to roll up the sleeves and work harder than you thought you had to. That’s the price of success.
There are no shortcuts.
Was introduced to world of Fitness and Bodybuilding by the Mr. Universe 2009 and President of NBBA in Russia-Alexey Netesanov. Became his Assistant at fitness club “Olympia”. Took part at State Fitness Competitions(at age of 19) and became 9th among 20th competitors. As much as possible gather all work-related and nutrition-related information from Alexey Netesanov.
But after words I am found out that it is such more in fitness word then bodybuilding , which is very small component . At now days fitness is very developing organism , everyday we discovering more and more about our own body and I am simply magnetized by how how perfect human body been built to leave and perform LIFE .
First things first - well comprihansive program as good as FITNESS ASSESMENT , in other words if you can not measure it - you can not manage it. ALWAYS AND I AM REPEATING MY SELF ALWAYS STARTTING With analyzing clients needs at the first session , so by the time I am done with first session with my clients they will know expectations , deviations they may have, basic fitness picture , nutrition , and Body Compostion , based on the info I collecting at first session - will develop personal plan for archiving my clients goals - SMART( Specific, Measurable, Attainable , Realistic , Timely )
