More About Coach Alexandra
I am a certified strength & conditioning coach (CSCS) with an athletic training degree from Northeastern University. I have worked with athletes from various schools, universities, and corporations. I've worked with athletes at D1 universities, such as Stanford and Boston University. Currently teaching middle school but just left the Director of Strength & Conditioning at Dean College overseeing all the workouts and training sessions, while still providing athletic training services.
I played 4 years of lacrosse at Northeastern University, after participating on Newton North's varsity soccer, track & field, and lacrosse teams. I was awarded an All-American Award in 2005 as part of the hurdle relay team for Newton North High School. Have been playing soccer since I was 5.
A typical session will start with foam rolling and tissue mobilization, followed by a warm-up specifically matched with the drills and exercises programmed for the day. A lifting program will be based on sport, individual goals, time of season, and your level of training.
