More About Coach Alexandra

I am a certified strength & conditioning coach (CSCS) with an athletic training degree from Northeastern University. I have worked with athletes from various schools, universities, and corporations. I've worked with athletes at D1 universities, such as Stanford and Boston University. Currently I am the Director of Strength & Conditioning at Dean College overseeing all the workouts and training sessions, while still providing athletic training services.

I played 4 years of lacrosse at Northeastern University, after participating on Newton North's varsity soccer, track & field, and lacrosse teams. I was awarded an All-American Award in 2005 as part of the hurdle relay team for Newton North High School.

A typical session will start with foam rolling and tissue mobilization, followed by a warm-up specifically matched with the drills and exercises programmed for the day. A lifting program will be based on sport, individual goals, time of season, and your level of training.
