Head Coach of Professional Men’s Volleyball Teams in Ukraine, Italy. Last 8 years worked in Italy, Monza (MB) Head Coach U18,U20 until settembre 2019. From November 2019 worked at Bay Area like Head Coach with U13-U17 Girls.
Among my pupils are players of the youth national team of Italy, professional teams of Italy, Turkey, France, Russia, Ukraine. My pupils play at Volleyball Team of Oregon State University, the players after 8 months of working with me ended up in the Varsity Team High School.

European and World Champion. Bronze medal at the World Men's Volleyball Championship Rio-di -Janeiro. European champion, World Cup winner. Champion of the USSR, Italy, Germany. Winner of the Cup of Italy, Brazil, Greece and Germany.

I use the most modern, efficient and useful methods to improve all technical elements of volleyball. I focus on to specific conditioning training, which prevents the risks of injury and makes it easier to control the ball, but always finding an individual solution for each player.
I explain to the players what, when, why, how and for what to do? I teach to the players to read the situation, what to expect from the opponents. This prepares the player in advance for any game situations and creates an advantage in the game in the future.

Coach Alex is a very experienced person with amazing volleyball skills and coaching. Once you get to meet him in person and train with him, you’ll have no doubts about his expertise. He takes his time to teach you the fundamentals/basics and breaks down everything one by one. Highly recommend him for anyone wanting to improve whether your a beginner or an advanced player

My son (14) had his first session with Coach Alex and wanted to improve his hitting skills. In one session, the improvements were palpable and measurable; his hitting was powerful and with an amazing height

We were so impressed with Coach Alex methodology in breaking down the mechanics of hitting and explaining the physics behind each movement. Every aspect of hitting was broken down into small drills to improve accuracy, power, or form. The session ended with a culmination of all these drills into a fluidic motion for powerful hits.

Coach Alex knowledgeable of the biomechanics of volleyball playing is powerful and his ability to translate and educate them to his athletes is wonderful.

His patience was amazing and possesses a strong emotional intelligence knowing exactly when to intervene to correct bad habits and when to let it go and rather encourage.

His passion to the sport is palpable and he is a master of his art.

Coach Alex was great! Even though my son is a beginner, he was terrific - extra patient while helping my son start some of the basics. The first lesson with Alexander was great for my daughter. In one hour he worked with her on many skills and taught her several drills that she could work on at home to improve between lessons. He gives a lot of positive feedback but also clearly points out techniques that need to be fixed. We highly recommend him for training.

Coach Alex is very detailed in his teaching and helped point out on what I can do immediately to improve. I had only one session with him with a huge focus on passing- I've can definitely say that I've learned so much in one hour than I have tried to learn on my own for 2-3 years.

Of course, there are still a lot I need to work on as there was a lot of knowledge given to me but I am excited to continue to work with him consistently. His drills are valuable to takeaway and feasible to practice on my own.
