More About Coach Alek

I don’t have any profession certifications but I have been in the US soccer system for 10+ years. Which allows me to have a good background on the training, coaching, and other aspects as well. I’m currently trialing myself so I know how to train properly as I’m trying to stay ready for a professional season. I played for Bethesda soccer club growing up for about 7 years so I know a lot about training throughout different age groups and what it takes to become a good soccer player.

I played travel at Bethesda, then played a year at Bethesda academy just before Covid. I committed to play division 1 at UMBC where I graduated this winter and am looking to play professionally. Throughout my youth career I gained an all state player Maryland twice as well as NEC rookie team of the year in my freshmen year. In my latter years I gained a 2nd team all conference in the America East which was ranked 4th best league at the time.

I can set the session to the players needs, whether it may be multiple or a single skill they want to improve at or the whole sport together. Wherever it be conditioning and fitness or technical skills and game like scenarios. I typically start my sessions by warming up my body to make sure I don’t injure myself, then I do some simple activation to get my feet ready and then I do my training based on what it is that day. We can always tweak things for personal needs and wants as the clients want.
