I hold two Canadian National Certifications in youth soccer and UEFA B soccer coaching licence.
I have two years youth soccer coaching experience in Canada and Macedonia (Europe) .
My focus was creating personal fitness programs for development and competitive youth soccer teams (7 to 18 years old) for the following clubs: York Region Shooters soccer club , Canada Spartacus Soccer Academy, Canada, Carlos Rivas Academy, Canada, FC Eurosport, Macedonia (Europe). I also worked extensively, one-on-one with adult athletes designing individual fitness programs.
I have trained with and learned from some of the best fitness coaches in Europe: Argyros Tcolas, who heev been part of the 30 games in Champions League with FC Olympiacos Soccer Club from Greece and Nikola Koteski.
Fifteen years professional soccer career, in Croatia, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Canada.
Still playing professionally for Milwaukee Torrent soccer club.

Seven years experience playing for the Macedonia National Soccer Team (U15, U17 ,U19, U21) and Senior National Team of Macedonia. Played against Robin Van Persi, Fernando Tores, Andres Iniesta, Luka Modric.
The session will begin with dynamic warm ups, gradually increasing intensity until the body is ready for the main part of the session where we will work based on individual fitness needs including improving mental game strategies, developing technical skill and tactical needs, as well as setting personal goals. The end of the session will involve a proper cool down with stretching and suggestions for post work out nutrition.
