Four-year 2-sport letterman at Starkville (MS) High School (Baseball/Football). Played college baseball at East Mississippi Community College and finished at Mississippi State University as a walk-on. Played professionally with independent teams Aberdeen Tigers and Starkville Redbirds. Coaching career includes stops at Starkville HS, East MS CC, Montgomery Bell Academy, and Nashville Monarchs, before starting 7 Tool Baseball.

Baseball training focuses on fundamental skills with hand-eye coordination drills (offensively and defensively). Pitching training focuses on balance and explosion movements to maximize velocity and control (heavy focus on fastball/change-up system). Strength training focuses heavily on explosive lower and upper-body movements, agility, and flexibility.
