More About Coach Aldair
I have two years of experience doing private and group sessions. I’ve coached a wide variety of kids typically from 10-18 years old, with skills ranging anywhere from recreational to collegiate.
Played for the Portland Timbers academy from the age of 13 to 18, where I earned Academy Player of the year in 2019. While with Portland, I managed to make my professional debut in the USL Championship with the Portland Timbers second team. From there I attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for 2 years where I played soccer on scholarship. At 20 years old I signed my first professional contract with Sacramento Republic in the USL where I spent the first two years of my professional career. The last two years I have been playing for Rhode Island FC in the USL Championship.
A typical session with me would be a quick warmup and then go straight into whatever focus the client has. Drills and techniques will be based off the clients position and skills that they want to improve. For example, if a forward wants to work on shooting, we would do shooting specific drills that would help the forward improve their shooting from all different types of scenarios.
