More About Coach Aime
Former collegiate soccer player and licensed coach dedicated to helping athletes reach the next level through intentional, personalized training. With experience both playing and coaching competitive soccer, I focus on developing each athlete’s technical ability, confidence, tactical awareness, decision-making, and overall game performance.
Training sessions are designed around the individual player rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Players work on areas such as first touch, ball mastery, passing, receiving, dribbling, finishing, 1v1 situations, movement off the ball, positioning, and understanding how to make better decisions under pressure.
Beyond technical development, I emphasize confidence, discipline, work ethic, and game intelligence. The goal is not simply to help players perform better during training, but to help them become more intelligent, composed, and effective players when they step onto the field.
Whether an athlete is looking to improve a specific weakness, prepare for tryouts, earn more playing time, transition to a higher level of competition, or simply become a more complete player, each session is built around measurable development and purposeful repetition.
I believe that every player develops differently. His approach combines high standards, encouragement, detailed feedback, and game-realistic training to help athletes recognize their strengths, improve their weaknesses, and build the confidence to express themselves on the field.
Soccer has been a part of my life since I was four years old, and the game has played a major role in shaping who I am both as a player and now as a coach. Over the years, I have experienced the game at several competitive levels, developing not only my technical abilities but also my understanding of leadership, teamwork, discipline, and the tactical side of soccer.
In high school, I was a four-year All-District and All-Region player and currently hold my school’s record for career assists. As a playmaker, I developed a strong ability to read the game, create opportunities for teammates, understand space, and make decisions that impacted the game beyond simply scoring goals.
I continued my playing career at Cumberland University, competing at the NAIA collegiate level for four years. During my college career, I served as team captain for three seasons. That experience challenged me to grow beyond being just a player and taught me how to lead different personalities, communicate effectively, hold teammates accountable, and help establish standards within a competitive team environment.
Having played soccer since the age of four, I understand that player development is a long-term journey. I have experienced the different stages athletes go through, from learning and falling in love with the game to competing at higher levels where technical ability, tactical intelligence, consistency, confidence, and mentality become increasingly important.
Those experiences now shape the way I coach. My goal is to pass along the knowledge I have gained throughout my playing career and help athletes become more technically confident, tactically intelligent, mentally strong, and prepared to perform when it matters most.
My clients can expect personalized, high-intensity training sessions designed around their individual goals, position, strengths, and areas for improvement. Each session focuses on developing key technical skills such as passing, first touch, dribbling, ball control, shooting, and finishing while also improving overall stamina, agility, coordination, and game fitness.
Training is built to be game-realistic and purposeful, helping players develop the confidence and composure to apply what they learn under pressure. I also incorporate decision-making, movement, positioning, and tactical awareness so players are not only improving technically, but also becoming smarter and more effective on the field.
Whether a player is preparing for tryouts, competing for more playing time, working toward the next level, or simply looking to become a more complete athlete, each session is tailored to help them improve with greater precision, confidence, consistency, and endurance.
