Worked with professional and national team players as an analyst and worked with collegiate and professional players as a coach.

I have coached players at every level and have a passion for player development. I will tailor my approach based on the player needs, focusing on the fundamentals with beginners and using video and data to help experienced players looking to reach the next level.

I played for Sligo Rovers, which was a club I supported since I was a child. I stopped playing at 19 to pursue my college degree in finance instead but won numerous league titles, both locally and provincially during my playing career.

My sessions are highly technical. In order to perform in a team environment and tactically, I believe it is crucial to build a players technical base. A high percentage of my sessions will be based on the players first touch, the intent behind the touch and the technique on receiving the ball. The sessions would be tailored based on the players level. A recent session I ran with an u11 player involved a short passing drill with lots of lateral movement acting as a warm up/activation. The next step was receiving the ball on the back foot and finishing into 4 mini goals. The next step was the players movement to receive and then finishing into the mini goals. The focus was how the player received the ball and his body position when playing the ball into the goal.
