Most people work on just two things: foot skills and speed.
Luckily I have you covered as we will be working on four (4) additional things that most people miss: tactics, fitness/health, long term planning (resume building, college or pro planning) and equipment management (shoe selection, insole recommendations, product placement). Recreational to college level, let’s have some fun on the field and begin your transition.
We will review and analyze in real time your soccer progress and follow up weekly on your development on and off the training field. Homework and video analysis of professional matches may be required.
We can go all out and track health and fitness stats (BPM, Blood Pressure, Weight, etc) but it should be standard for all age brackets and skill levels knowing the long term benefits.
Depending on your skill level, talent and knowledge we could play over 60 activities in 6 hours, possibly 9 miles of running. We need your mindset precise and know everyone is different.
The rest is all up to you, so let’s go have some fun!
