More About Coach Ahmad

Ahmad Grigsby II is the older brother of former running back Nicholas Grigsby 2006-2009 of University of Arizona ,former University of Arizona running back Terris Jones Grigsby 2010-2014 and former running back Marcellous Grigsby of Temple University 2007-2010. Ahmad is also a former graduate of the University of Kentucky where he also was a scholarship athlete playing defensive back in 2006-2009. Ahmad believes that physical activity expands far beyond structured exercise. As a personal trainer, Ahmad strives to provide his clients the capacity to exceed their individual goals both inside and outside of the gym. Ahmad is a nationally certified fitness trainer through the American Council on Exercise and has over 8 years’ experience in the sports and fitness industry. He also has a proven track record in helping clients achieve their fitness goals through sports specific training programs. After Ahmad completed his bachelor’s degree from the University Kentucky in 2009, Ahmad pursued a professional football career, in conjunction with earning a master’s degree from the University of the Rockies in Psychology with a specialization in sports performance. When Ahmad is not training clients, he works in the behavioral and mental health field in tucson as a crisis worker.

With Ahmad's experience, he has the skills to enhance individual players at all positions and teams overall speed, agility, strength and quickness, following other skills such as building positive attitudes, developing confidence, enhancing a team composure level, and also enhancing a team's ability to understand how to have fun while developing a culture of winning both on and off the field.
