More About Coach Adrian

I have been training athletes and coaching people ever since the ninth and tenth grade. I have worked with all ages from kids in middle school to young adults in college. I am not yet certified, however I've been an assistant coach on a Division II level, I also coach every summer in a camp at Nolan Catholic High School. I coach because of my love and passion for the game, also because I enjoy helping people further their skills.

I am the second all time leading scorer in my high school's history behind my uncle Bobby Joe Douglas. Who averaged 54 points a game and career high is 94 points in one game (without the three line). I played at Paine college in Augusta,GA. I have also played pro basketball in the ABA for the Georgia Kings.

First, we will spend 10 to 15 minutes stretching and warming up, we will do some dribbling drills and form shooting next, for about 10-15 minutes. Then, for about 30 mins, we will start on whatever the focus is for that day. We will get some shots up before he/she gets a chance to play me one-on-one test what they have learned. When we are done, we will continue to talk while sketching to make sure that he/she understands that days lesson. My focus will be on their triple threat game and making sure the athlete knows what he/she is trying to do both on offence/defense vs the triple threat.

Coach Adrian has a passion for the game. Ball is really life for him. He is a great defensive coach and gets the most out of you during your workouts. He also gives you a moves to use on the offensive end. I love working with Coach Adrian because he truely loves the game of basketball and you see it in the way he plays and coaches you.
Coach Caldwell was committed to addressing my 14 year son with skills as my son needed to improve this area. Coach showed up timely,prepared before he showed up and often went past the scheduled time. Coach emphasized the need for my son to also build his overall strength( confidence,execution), This was impressive that he had studied the over all needs and was prepared to work my son genuinely. Coach knows basketball and was creative in how he pulled the results from my son.He communicated with me son in a manner that was relevant and respectful!
