More About Coach Adam
I have coached baseball and softball for 25 years.i have worked with players in the age range of 5 to 18 years old. I have coached with Elite Baseball Training, the Lisle Indians and the Oak Park Windmills. I am currently a head coach for the Illinois Sluggers.
After a successful high school career, I played Division 1 hockey and baseball at UIC before playing professional hockey for 5 years. In college, I was a catcher who also played the infield.
A client can expect a detailed session with the focus being on technique and fundamentals. A progressive based program will be used. Every session we will be striving to get better in a certain aspect.
