More About Coach Ada
I am a licensed coach through the USA 9v9 grassroots course. I have a lot of 1 on 1 training experience through teaching and receiving lessons. I work with a large range of ages and levels (Elementary - High school).
I had a successful soccer career as a striker at North Haven High I was awarded first team All State, and #1 goal scorer in the conference at 31 goals in 18 games. I now play collegiate soccer at Gordon College, where I start as a center midfielder. Being a collegiate athlete, I bring a lot of my own experience as I am also actively training for my season.
My sessions involve a lot of the same content. Between age ranges and levels this content will be more or less complicated. I like to include a lot of fundamental skill work in the beginning, I then focus on specific position work, and I like to end with finishing drills.
