I was able to contact Coach Abe easily. He responded quickly. My son has experienced soreness in his throwing arm. Trying to improve form, mechanics and increase accuracy in throws to home plate from CF. Coach Abe was already at the park when we arrived for 1st session. Practice area was set up. Brief introductions and he got straight to work. Coach Abe provided my son with immediate feedback. He made corrections and discussed benefits of throwing properly. Session was not rushed. My son was optimistic during recent practice at school. He did not feel soreness in his throwing arm after practice. Looking forward to additional sessions to ensure my son makes necessary adjustments to minimize injuries in the future. Positive experience overall.

When my son started with Coach Abe 5 months ago, he was really insecure about his skills and his ability to learn what he didn’t learn when he played little league. My son wanted to learn to throw correctly and improve on his hitting as well as to be prepared to try out for his high school baseball team in the Fall. Coach Abe’s lessons expanded to include all facets of the game: hitting, outfield, situations, game focus, etc. His knowledge of the mechanics of hitting combined with his patient demeanor yields optimal results for young ballplayers.
