More About Coach Aaron
I am committed to becoming the #1 Boxing coach in Kentucky, not just by teaching people how to punch, but by teaching them how to transform their entire lives. My coaching is built on discipline, accountability, technique, confidence, conditioning, and an unwavering belief in every athlete who enters my program. I study the science and art of boxing, constantly sharpen my coaching skills, and demand excellence from myself before I demand it from my fighters. I don't just create boxers, I build disciplined, confident, mentally strong people who understand that their greatest opponent is often the person they were yesterday.
Being the best coach in Kentucky means earning the respect of my fighters through results, leadership, knowledge, and character. I want my athletes to leave every session better than when they walked in physically, mentally, and emotionally. My goal is to build champions inside and outside the ring, create a culture where hard work is non-negotiable, and leave a lasting impact on everyone I coach. I don't want to be known as one of the best coaches in Kentucky. I want my work, my fighters, and my legacy to make it undeniable that I am #1.
I am a certified boxing coach through SCW, as well as a certified Martial Arts And MMA Fitness Instruction through the ASFA. Overall I have a lot of different awards, certifications, and certificates in different forms of Combat. These certifications have helped me build a strong foundation in boxing instruction, fitness, conditioning, movement, technique, and combat-sports training. I am committed to continuously expanding my knowledge so I can provide athletes and clients with structured, effective, and professional training designed to improve their physical abilities, technical skills, discipline, confidence, and overall performance. In addition to my formal certifications and credentials, I continuously cross-train in different forms of combat, like karate, boxing, and MMA to develop a well-rounded understanding of martial arts and fighting mechanics. My training incorporates concepts from boxing and other combat disciplines, including striking, footwork, movement, defense, conditioning, timing, distance management, and overall athletic development. By studying multiple combat styles, I strive to understand how different techniques and principles complement one another while maintaining boxing fundamentals as a central part of my coaching philosophy.
I'm a Combat Specialist and continue day in and day out in my studies and thrive to learn more knowledge about the science, physics, psychology, biomechanics, and continue to learn more about different methods, techniques, and applications on becoming the best Boxing coach to any client that undergoes my program. i have trained with Teddy Atlas, Anderson The Spider Silva, Melvin Meholef, Loyota Machita and his brother Chinzo, Cain Velasquez from UFC, Tony Jeffries, Shawn from Fighttips and so many more. I have taken strengths from different forms of combat and combined different qualities to create my own winning style. We thrive to reach the individual goals set by each client. I have trained in Boxing, MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Street Fighting, Kickboxing, pretty much all areas of physical combat. I take training very seriously because this can determine life or death in some instances not to mention I have a strong passion and drive to learn and teach the knowledge I've learned over time that create champion-level well disciplined confident fighters. I currently still cross train everyday in different areas and in different forms of combat myself to stay active in my studies and i actively study the science, knowledge, and biomechanics of every movement in the field of combat. If you stay ready you don't have to get ready!
My boxing program sessions are more than just throwing punches, it’s a full-body lesson in discipline, movement, focus, and self-control. Every session begins with building the foundation: proper stance, balance, footwork, defense, breathing, and clean technique. As the training progresses, athletes are challenged through combinations, heavy-bag work, mitt drills, conditioning, and controlled boxing exercises designed to sharpen both the body and the mind. The goal is not simply to make someone a better fighter, but to develop someone who moves with confidence, thinks under pressure, and refuses to quit when things get difficult. Every session is an opportunity to become a stronger version of yourself. We train with purpose, hold ourselves accountable, and turn obstacles into lessons. Whether someone walks through the doors looking to compete, get in shape, build confidence, or create a new direction in life, the program meets them where they are and challenges them to rise higher. We don't just train fighters, we build discipline, character, resilience, and people who are prepared to fight for a better life. It is engineered through science, discipline, movement, timing, strategy, conditioning, and an understanding of the human body. My coaching philosophy is built around developing the complete fighter, someone who can move intelligently, control distance, generate power efficiently, defend under pressure, think strategically, and remain composed when the intensity rises. What separates my program is that I don't simply teach you what to do, I teach you why it works, when to do it, and every aspect that revolves around learning the science and application of the sport. Every movement has a purpose. Every step has a reason. Every punch is connected to biomechanics, balance, kinetic sequencing, timing, and positioning. My goal is to transform training from random exercise into a structured system of performance development. I cannot honestly guarantee that every athlete will become a champion, because no coach can control an athlete's genetics, commitment, consistency, or competitive circumstances. What I can guarantee is that if you show up, work consistently, listen, and commit to the process, you will be given a serious, structured coaching system designed to produce measurable improvement to become the best fighter you can possibly be. You won't just leave my program tired, you'll leave more knowledgeable, more technically refined, more physically prepared, and more confident than when you walked through the door. I don't promise shortcuts. I build fighters through a system. My mission is simple: Study the science. Master the movement. Develop the skill. Build the fighter. This isn't just boxing training. This is the development of human performance through the art and science of combat. So if your looking to learn from a coach that has the knowledge and skill-set to make you the best then book me and lets take a journey together so we can shape and transform your life into a successful future!

Tina (CoachUp client)
We booked with Aaron for private online sessions for my son to get ready for his upcoming competition. He has been absolutely wonderful with so much knowledge of the how and why things are done a certain way. He takes the time to get to know who he is working with. You can really tell he cares about the progression of his students.
