After one session the player will be evaluated on strengths and room for improvement *** BOTH BOYS & GIRLS
ALL SESSIONS: begin with a proper warm up and stretch (10 minutes)
After ONE session, the athlete will be evaluated and a proper plan for improvement will be designed.
Hitting: after warm up, TEE ROUTINE + SHORT TOSS + SITUATIONAL HITTING (depending on ability) LIVE PITCHING available = IRON MIKE + JUGGS) ***Both BOYS & GIRLS
Pitching: (Player to player may differ) Specializing in Youth Baseball pitching. MECHANICS + HOLDING BASE RUNNERS = Travel Ball + STRENGTH & CONDITIONING + ROUTINE DEVELOPMENT + ARM CARE (Also available to coordinate, plan, and facilitate Team Practices
