Hi everybody, this is your favorite sports and fitness coach Aaron Toney. I am here to let you know that if you are looking for results based training, at an affordable price, then you have come to the right place! I have been training athletes and everyday people for over 3 years! I've done private training for most of my career. I also have experience working at the YMCA as a certified personal trainer and youth sports coach/ trainer.
Sports have always been a hobby of mine growing up, doing the things that brought me the most joy. From playing in organized sports like basketball, football, soccer, and track; to enjoying extreme sports like skateboarding and bmx. My life has been engulfed in an active lifestyle. It wasn't until my senior year of high school that I took a interest in physical fitness. That interest turned into a passion by the end of my freshman year of college, and I have been on this journey of getting people results ever since!
I pride myself on being a "student of the game", meaning I am constantly doing research to provide up-to-date information for my clients so they can achieve their goals in the most effective manner. A typical session would incorporate: education, safety/proper form, goal specific drills,nutrition advice, and client feedback.
