More About Coach Aaron

Hello Future P6 athletes.
I have been coaching and training Athletes for 15 years. I started working camps while on basketball scholarship at The University of California Riverside. I have now trained NBA players such as Luke Walton and Richard Jefferson. I train all ages from 4 up to 99. I do have a personal training certification. I am a UC graduate. I played Professionally in Turkey and Sweden to say a few. I am also a SAG actor. I have also helped high school athletes male and female obtain their scholastic goals. I look forward to working with you.

I was the most improved player in San Diego going into my senior year of high school, stated in the Union Tribune. I accepted a scholarship to UCR, because it was closer to home than Seaton Hall. I was an urban league scholar at Scripps Ranch High school. I play center at UCR during our transition period to D1. I went on to play professionally and started playing the guard. My teachers were D leagues coaches, pro am coaches, Mexican, Japanese, Lithuanian and the list goes on. My biggest influence was Luke and his father Bill Walton. I also learned a lot from coaches John King and Zack Jones.

I will meet you at the gym of your choice. We will warm-up with plyometrixs, quickness, balance, agility, and stretching. We will work on defense, ball handling, footwork and passing. Will then combine shooting and 7 different layup series. There are workouts that are designed just for particular skill development such as Jumping Vertical leap training and shooting or ball handling training sessions. My goal is to make your weakness your strength. Workout sessions depend on skills that need developing as well as age group. I also combine a beach work out for athletic explosiveness if requested.

My two boys really enjoyed their time with Coach Aaron.

We did one session while on vacation. Aaron did a great job quickly evaluating my son’s skill level and tailoring the session to it.

I would recommend Coach Aaron to any who wants to improve, he is amazing, my daughter had a great time and learned new skills

The training with coach Aaron was excellent, we are so happy with his training.

Aaron is great. Super knowledgeable and my son loves going to the workouts. My son has improved so much since training with Aaron.

Coach Aaron is AMAZING ... he is working with my teen in building new skills and drills. I’m really impressed and my son thoroughly enjoys his training sessions! What I most love about Coach Aaron...is as he’s coaching, he’s critiquing and correcting- always talking him through the drills. Hands down- the best. He has a very unique way and it’s quite effective. Thanks Coach Aaron.

Great session. Good instructions given. Very detailed and motivating.

The first session went very well. Looking forward to our next 2! Coach Aaron is very professional and observant. Both my 13 year old boy and 11 year old girl were very comfortable with his instruction.

Training with coach Hands is just amazing. I learned a lot from him especially dribbling and shooting, he also help me improve my balance.

My 9 year old son is from Russia. He recently won first coachup story contest. I've been training my son for almost 2 years and have decided to hire a coach from coachup to take son's game to the next level. From the first session I knew that coach Aaron is the type of person I've been looking for. Coach Aaron is a true professional. Knowledgeable about the game. Going above and beyond to exceed expectations. My son's knowledge of English is still limited, but my son and coach Aaron connected right from the start. They speak the language of basketball and it's amazing to witness. Coach Aaron takes a personal approach. He teaches my son not just how to improve his game, but also little details, like always smiling on the court and tying shoes like the pros. Those details, I'm sure, will be remembered throughout my son's basketball journey. Shared knowlege by coach Aaron will definitely help my son's future as a basketball player. Most importantly my son loves training with coach Aaron. I would recommend coach Aaron to anyone who wants to work hard and take their game to the next level.

Spent the time to assess and coach what my son needs to do in order to progress. We will work with him moving forward

good time w coach aaron. Patient w my son. My son was frustrated at being unsuccessful at some drills. Coach encouraged him. My son stuck with it and was enjoying the session tremendously. Thanks! He's looking fwd to next one.

I highly recommend coach Aaron. He was able to connect with my son right away and determine my sons strengths and where he needs some work. He is professional and seems to know, not only a lot about the game, but a lot about how to coach athletes. We look forward to more training sessions with coach Aaron.

Aaron was great with the boys- his depth of knowledge and experience could greatly benefit young players. I look forward to seeing my son's progression in confidence and ability!

Coach Aaron is really great. He was very knowledgeable about the game as well as the boys and their abilities and what they need to work on. He was very good with the boys during the work out. He was direct and very passionate about his goals with the boys. I recommend him to anyone and the boys reported that his workout was one of the best and intense workouts they've ever encountered. I am happy I found Coach Aaron!

Simply put Coach Aaron was awesome. He was able to connect with my son almost instantly and I couldn't have been more impressed with how in such a short period of time he was able to recognize my sons strengths and weaknesses. I will definitely continue our training sessions and would recommend him to anyone wishing to see their kid improve their skills.

Very professional, and knowledgeable of the game. Looking forward to another session .

Aaron is a top not trainer. He's helping my son with all aspects of basketball. He's very knowledgeable and has great approach to teaching.

Aaron takes a great approach to the game, teaching balance and basketball IQ. If you want your budding athlete to move to the next level, Aaron can get them there.

My son never played a game in his life and wanted to play on his high school team. My son also have problem with his vision. After a summer with Aaron before his freshman year he made the team! He will be playing varsity possibly as a sophomore. I know he can go to our home country and play as a profession with Aaron individual lessons.
As Aaron focused on balance and corodination my daughter basically got better at everthing on and off the court.
My son was on the bench on JV. After 1 year with coach Hands 30 hours a month my son Johnathan was the leading score on varsity and got a scholarship to a division 2 private Christan university. Aaron helped us with tape diet ecerything John needed. Aaron basically saved our family 100k amazing. Johnathan also talks about Coach Hands and how he truely believes anything is possible with hard work. Aaron is a great trainer, coach and mentor. Jenny Smith
