I played midfield at The University of Colorado from 2006-2010. I was an All-Conference faceoff midfielder and a defensive midfielder. As a coach, we won the MCLA National Championship in 2014.
Having coached all over the field, I have a large repertoire of drills and techniques for all positions. Sessions will start with a proper warmup followed by progressively intensifying drills that focus on desired improvement areas. I can tailor these to the athlete and can make drills vary basic or specific and complex. Fitness will be incorporated into certain drills but there is always room for lacrosse specific conditioning if desired.
