I currently serve as the lead varsity men's basketball assistant at Tuscola High School in Waynesville, North Carolina. In previous seasons, I have served as the head men's JV coach as well as the head men's 9th grade coach. I have also coached various travel teams and youth teams as well as camps. I previously worked with IBT (Innovative Basketball Training).

I played one year of junior varsity basketball and two years of varsity basketball at Tuscola High School under Derek Thomas. My senior year, I was a co-captain who was also in charge of organizing team workouts in the off-season.

Because I studied motor learning at Western Carolina University, my training sessions are based on science, not tradition. My sessions are focused on "random" practice rather than the traditional "block style" (When I say block, think about drills like "Shoot 50 straight shots from this spot"). I focus on game-like repetitions and the mental side of the game. I promise that my skill development is unlike anything you have ever experienced.
