More About Coach Aaron

While I was a baseball player at the University of Toledo I helped run all the baseball camps there and also participated and the catching groups there. Also during the off season of my professional career I did my own catching and hitting camps up at Yankee Road Sports along with some individual lessons as well.

I was all state in high school and won player of the year in the city league 06'. Played all 4 years at the University of Toledo. Sign as a free agent with the Miami Marlins and was in their organization for 5 years making it up to AA, played in 4 big league spring training games, and won the SAL league in 2011 (full season low A). Went on to play with the Normal Cornbelters of the Frontier League for 4 years where I received All-Star selections every year. Then went and played for the Somerset Patriots if the Atlantic league. Now retired after 10 years of Professional Baseball. I was formally the head JV baseball at St. John’s Jesuit and won the TRAC only losing
one game. In the summer of 2022 I was inducted into the Frontier League Hall of Fame.

I offer both defensive and hitting lessons. For defense Catching and fielding and I also do hitting. For catching I break down the position step by step each building up to throwing to bases and other little details about the position each session is a different step. Hitting I break down the swing and use my slow-motion app on my smart phone and will compare where you start and how much change has happened over time. Also will email the videos directly to you.

My son enjoyed his first session with Aaron. Aaron was able to diagnose in a matter of minutes what was keeping my son from hitting consistently. We had our first game today since the session with Aaron and my son had a productive day with 3 rbi's in a rain out that only went 4 innings. Most importantly, I saw the confidence that has been missing lately!

Coach Aaron has done a excellent job with my son . I have noticed immediate improvement with hitting only after one session. My son seems to be more comfortable and confident with skills that coach Aaron has taught him !

Would highly recommend Coach Aaron, first lesson was this past Thursday and he notices the little things that I have been missing on getting my swing more consistent. He also worked on my receiving and release and it feels 100% better now after one lesson.
