More About Coach Aafke
When I was playing for my clubs in the Netherlands, I trained and coached club youth teams (up to the age of 16, all genders). When I stopped playing professionally, I coached and trained my own club team (seniors) together with team mates.
I am a former professional field hockey player from the Netherlands. I moved to New York City for work and currently play for Rovers, Greenwich Field Hockey Club.
I tailor my training sessions to the needs, level, and goals of my clients. During our initial session, we will talk about your background, field hockey experience, and your short term goals and long term goals. Importantly, my sessions are also fun for all ages.
