That's a great question! There are a lot of drills out there that you can do to get better ate catching. The easiest to do by yourself would be lying on your back, throwing the ball straight up in the air, and catching it on the way back down to you. If you have a partner, I would recommend lining up about 10 yards about, and catching at least 10 passes from at least 5 different positions. Standing square with your partner. Shoulders facing right/left (Toward the sideline) from your partner. Back to your partner while looking over your shoulder. Have your partner throw the ball to different targets within your arms reach (high, low, outside, lob, bullet, etc.). Then from there, you can progress into the same angles for the catches while jogging in the direction that your body is facing. And remember: if the ball is chest level or higher, thumbs and index fingers should be (almost) touching. If the ball is belly level or lower, pinky fingers should be (almost) touching. (There are exceptions to these rules, sometimes when it is low, you can still catch it with your thumbs touching, and for over the shoulder catches, your pinkies will be touching)
