8 week training program:

The program is led by a highly trained team of the Newburyport High School tennis coaches, with most sessions culminating in an inter-club tournament on Wednesdays towards the end of the clinic. The clinics will combine the professional training, instruction and focus of a junior tennis specialty camp with the warmth and fun coaching styles of the staff. The clinics will be held at the beautiful Atkinson Common Courts. The program is led by a highly trained team of the high school tennis coaches who will ensure each camper’s safety, skill development, and individual enjoyment.

Dates include 9/21, 9/28, 10/5, 1012, 10/19, 10/26, 11/2, 11/9

Camp Highlights:

• Each day, kids participate in drills that improve their tennis strokes, develop good footwork, and teach smart game play strategy
• Kids also get the chance to engage in healthy competition throughout the program, with most sessions culminating in a fun and engaging activity at the end of the session!
• The main focus of the Future Tennis Star clinics program is skill development, with an emphasis on mental toughness, shot selection, strategy, fitness, training routines, practice, and competition.
