CoachUp's Skill Sessions resume this Sunday, May 15th at Keefe Tech high School with former Bentley University standout Danny Guadagnolli and Bentley University Assistant Coach Adam Griggs. Clinics will run every Sunday through June 12th. The clinics are are $25 per session.

Quarterbacks can expect heavy emphasis on throwing and footwork fundamentals. We will focus on perfecting the 3-step and 5-step drops and our movement in the pocket. We will also work accuracy and timing as we drill the skilled players in their route running.

All other players (receivers, running-backs, tight ends, etc) will be drilled in footwork, route running, and route concepts. Specifically, we will focus on deception, timing, and our movement in and out of cuts. As the clinic progresses, this will evolve into more advanced techniques.

Based on attendance, we will include a short segment dedicated to working defensive techniques, providing athletes exposure to multiple positions on the defensive side of the ball.

Each clinic will conclude in a 20-30 minute scrimmage segment where we will apply the techniques and concepts practiced throughout the first hour. This will be competitive and fun!
