Training will consist of intense basketball drills & instructions given by former USC Upstate college basketball standout Jay Free. Jay had a successful career playing guard at the collegiate level, while also traveling abroad and getting the opportunity to play on a tour in China in 2009. Athletes will learn basketball skills along with the importance of teamwork and communication.
