- 5:30: Sign in, warm up, agility work
- 6:00: 1.5 Mile Run.
- 6:10: Slight Cool Down, water, light post stretch.
- 6:15: Technical Training
- 6:45: Scrimmage w/ in Game Coaching
- 7:15: Fitness
- 7:25: Cool Down

This is the eighth summer of The Preseason Training Program!! Last year’s program was a resounding success and I was happy to learn that many players had successful High School Soccer Seasons!!! All that hard work really paid off!
Camp Highlights
