Coach Scott Pugh is excited to announce the COMMITTED COMBINE "44" will be held the weekend of Dec. 3rd-4th, in preparation for the 2017 season. This (2) day event will feature elite training and focus on skill development in an up-tempo, highly competitive environment.

Format

(2) days of intense training, with the simple goal of having each athlete IMPROVE their current level of play.

Highlights

• Learn high-level skills that will separate you from your peers
• Speed/Agility Training Session with Maryland Men's Lacrosse S&C Coach - Ryan Cotter
• Off field leadership training with Adam Bradley from Lead 'Em Up

• Saturday Dec 3rd: @ Marriotts Ridge HSl - 11:30am to 1pm, and 3pm to 4:30pm
• Saturday Dec 3rd: @ YMCA of Ellicott City -6pm - 7pm (Multi Purpose Room)
• Sunday Dec 4th: @ Archbishop Spalding HS - 10am to 11am (weight room), and 1pm to 2:30pm
