At CoachUp we work around the clock to help connect private coaches with athletes. Here are some of our more frequently asked questions and the quick, straight to the point, answers.

What is Ongoing Training?

Ongoing Training is the key to making progress as an athlete. Once you finish your last training session, another session will be automatically purchased for you and added to your account, that way you can continue training, without interruption. You get locked in at the same session rate, and you can enroll, cancel, or adjust your Ongoing Training settings from your CoachUp account at any time.

Can I contact a coach before booking sessions?

Absolutely! We encourage you to message coaches at any time by clicking the "Message Coach" button on the coach’s profile page. Your message will be emailed to the coach, and his or her response will be emailed back to you – for your privacy, your direct contact info will not be shared with the coach until you decide to book sessions.

How does CoachUp guarantee a great experience?

When you book training through CoachUp, we hold your payment and only transfer funds to the coach after each session occurs. This allows us to provide a 100% money back guarantee (our Good-Fit Guarantee) in case you're not satisfied with your first session for any reason.
